All investment contributions made before 2pm on business days will reflect on your dashboard by the evening of the same day. However, contributions made after 2pm will reflect on your dashboard the next business day.
Your money may not reflect in your account for a few different reasons: (1) Incorrect client number (2) Inaccurate and/or incomplete bank narration etc.
If you are experiencing this, please send a mail to clientservices@axamansard.com with the evidence of payment for easy reconciliation.
To make a claim, please click on the “make a claim” button on the website. You will be required to provide an estimate of repairs, picture of the damaged vehicle showing the plate number as well as third party details where applicable.

Our Non Discretionary Portfolio(Naira) is designed to suit your unique investment horizon, risk preference, and return expectation. It is composed of different assets such as stocks, bonds, cash etc. where you receive a more tailored approach based on your unique investment constraints and objectives.
AXA Mansard customised portfolios are discretionary and non-discretionary portfolios. This means you have the choice to select any combination of assets in your portfolio, or you can leave it to our seasoned portfolio managers to select a suitable portfolio in line with your risk profile.
Our Non Discretionary Portfolio(Naira) can either be discretionary or non-discretionary. Assets typically invested in include
- Equities - Quoted Equities & Unquoted Equities
- Fixed Income & Money Market Instruments - Treasury Bills, Bank Deposits, Commercial Papers & Bonds (Naira, USD, Local & international issuer)
