Staying Physically Active During the COVID-19 Pandemic

The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has made it difficult for many to maintain a physically active

lifestyle. Gyms have had to close down; and staying at home has encouraged a sedentary lifestyle in many. How then can we stay physical active while still staying safe? Here are some tips:
